Return window
Eligible items can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and checked.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety, some items (for example personal-care or perishable products) may not be returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
